For 2021/22 the Real Madrid junior home shirt has been designed with inspiration of the Plaza de Cibeles. Sporting the classic swirl pattern of the fountain, this jersey design pays homage to the place where the team members celebrate their big victories. This design is featured using a slightly darker shade to the white base colour which also allows the blue and orange accents to pop.

The Adidas badge of sport is seen on the right side of the chest in orange needlework and their signature three stripes are placed across the top of the shoulders in blue fabric. Situated in the centre of the chest is the sponsor logo in blue printing and the Real Madrid crest is woven to the left side of the chest. And completing the jersey, the neckline and cuffs of the sleeves feature an orange and blue stripe.
